· IN-FORUM ·: "Victims of the 2002 train derailment and anhydrous ammonia spill in Minot, N.D., can sue Canadian Pacific Railway under class action status, a federal judge ruled Thursday.Chief Judge Daniel L. Hovland's opinion in U.S. District Court in Bismarck could bring between 15,000 and 20,000 people into the personal injury lawsuit, said Fargo attorney Mike Miller.
