Nevada high court takes up class-action construction defect case: "The Nevada Supreme Court is considering whether a construction defect lawsuit involving homes in North Las Vegas should have been a class-action case.A lawyer for Atlanta-based Beazer Homes told justices yesterday that class-action status was unwarranted, and a 7.3 million dollar jury verdict against the company should be overturned."
