Haaretz - Israel News - Bank Leumi spared NIS 50m class action over processing fees: "Tel Aviv District Court Judge Magen Altuvia refused to recognize the motion filed by attorney Arie Reizel as a class action.Reizel claimed Leumi had no right to charge a fee for processing documents signed to obtain a bridge loan. The plaintiff estimated the class action to be worth about NIS 50 million."
