Federal Judge Dismisses Securities Class Action Lawsuit against Cytyc Corporation: "MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2005--Cytyc Corporation (Nasdaq: CYTC), a leading women's health company, today announced that, United States District Judge Nathaniel M.
